Service Delivery
Our approach to service delivery is project management based and consistent with the principles embodied in the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).
We employ a suite of predominantly cloud-based work management tools to manage work schedules, resource availability, activities and work products; to monitor performance and communicate progress; and to collect billing data and substantiate invoicing.
Since well before the COVID-19 pandemic irreversibly changed work practices, we have made extensive use of virtual meeting room, remote access and online collaboration technology to manage travel time and attendance costs effectively.

Co Serve Consulting | Technology, as an independent advisor, strives to provide unbiased advice without undue influence by any third party. We endeavour to offer objective, impartial advice tailored to specific needs.
