It is your responsibility to read and understand them. We may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice.

Other than the specific written advice, recommendations or reports provided by us, supplied as part of proposals or quotations, or presented by any other means, all other information including that communicated via our website (http://coserve.au) is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Goods & Services

All goods and services are offered for sale with Limited Liability as set out below. We retain ownership of goods supplied until all payments are fully received.

For each order or service request, you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods and services delivered, plus any delivery or handling charges.

On reasonable prior notice, we may vary the prices of goods or services to offset the effects of inflation, or to rectify a mistake made by us or a supplier, or where there has been a change in a supplier price to us.

Delivery

Within the agreed time frame, but subject to availability, we will deliver to you the goods and services you order. Where goods and services are not available you will be notified as soon as possible.

When placing an order with us we need a physical street address for the delivery of goods and services. In the case of services, or where the delivery of goods is made via a courier, this address cannot be a Post Office Box. Our Privacy Policy can be viewed on our website (http://coserve.au). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns

Return of goods for credit or exchange must be completed within 14 days from the date of supply or the invoice date (whichever is earliest) and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that our suppliers will not accept opened items for credit or exchange, unless they are faulty.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions, or warranties implied by legislation, the liability of Co Serve Consulting will be limited to:

• In the case of goods, their replacement or the supply of similar items; and

• In the case of services, their re-supply or payment for the costs of re-supply.

In all cases our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no guarantees nor do we accept any liability, in any circumstances, for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the goods or services supplied to you, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
