Since our establishment late last century we have provided technology advice, procurement, implementation and support services for a number of not for profit (NFP) community-based entities centred around Katoomba in the Blue Mountains NSW.

This work has been offered either on a pro bono basis, or at discounts to our standard rates, and has employed where possible technological resources supplied through organisations such as Connecting Up and TechSoup.

Agencies we’ve assisted in this way include, Blue Gum Montessori Children’s House, Katoomba Children’s Cottage and Mikayla Children’s Centre (community based early childhood education and care services), as well as The Gunedoo Project (counselling service for families with children from 0-16 years) which is now part of Gateway Family Services.

The types of work completed includes infrastructure upgrades to core data networks, upgrades or replacements of office computers, printers and peripheral devices, as well as improvements to computer security and disaster recovery processes.

We continue to provide ongoing advice and support to a number of these agencies.
