The Forestry Corporation is a government agency (state owned corporation) responsible for managing 2 million hectares of native and planted forests in NSW.

In 2013 we completed probity and governance advice, monitoring and reporting for the Forestry Corporation concerning the sale by tender of land located on the Princes Highway Bateman’s Bay NSW. This included monitoring of the processes employed to assess relevant market conditions, the disclosure and management of on site contaminants, including an obsolete disused explosives magazine, and the determination of the sale by tender conditions.

This is the most recent of several engagements for the Forestry Corporation (and previously Forests NSW) where we have provided services ranging from the provision of written probity and governance advice to monitoring tendering and sale by tender processes.

Previously, we completed similar services concerning the sale by tender process for the Nursery Divestment program as well as the sale by tender of the then Forests NSW Head Office in Pennant Hills NSW.
