The Old Leura Dairy was a quirky boutique corporate retreat offering accommodation, team building and facilitated seminars in the Upper Blue Mountains NSW.

In 2018 we conducted a review of then ICT operations, subsequently co-ordinating the planning, procurement and implementation of upgraded ICT infrastructure. This included establishing campus-wide wired and wireless networks, supporting internet access, video streaming, telephony and other technology functions for guests as well as business back-office, staff and maintenance functions.

The on-site infrastructure upgrade comprised core network switching for data and IP telephony employing Cisco SG220 Series devices, with cloud-based management of a wireless mesh network utilising TP-Link Omada Cloud SDN. Internet access and reliability was improved through upgrading the connection to a business class NBN FTTN service with 4G mobile network failover.

Additional work completed previously included an upgrade of office computers and printers as well as improvements to computer security and disaster recovery processes. We continued to provide ongoing advice and support until the business ceased operation in early 2024.
